Does Autessa Document Signing integrate with my CRM?

Inside Autessa, yes: a script can send an envelope from a template when a deal changes in Autessa CRM. For outside systems, call the Poweruser API over HTTPS.

How do my systems know when an envelope completes?

Check the envelope or list envelopes by status from a scheduled script, then file the signed copy, update a record or notify anyone you like.

What file types can I send?

PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OpenDocument, RTF, plain text, HTML, Pages, Outlook .msg and PNG, JPG, GIF, BMP, TIFF and HEIC images, up to 25 MB per file.
