Yes. Numbers and texting run on Twilio, and you can link your own Twilio account if you already have one.

Can calls and texts go into my CRM or chat tool?

Yes, through Autessa automations. Every call and text is a row in your tables, so a trigger can add a CRM row, post a message or summarize the call. There is no built-in two-way CRM sync.
