Scheduled maintenance · Autessa Status Page
Maintenance notices
Autessa Status Page announces scheduled maintenance before it happens. Staff post a title, a start and end time in their own local time, the components the work will touch, and a short notice; customers see it under "Scheduled maintenance" on the status page, with the window shown in their own time zone.
The problem it solves
Planned downtime should never be a surprise
Maintenance that customers hear about first from an error message feels exactly like an outage. Telling them ahead, in their own time zone and with the parts that will be affected, turns the same five minutes into a non-event, and saves your support team from a burst of tickets.
What you get
- A Schedule maintenance form: Title, Starts, Ends, Affected components and Notice.
- Enter times in your local time; visitors see them in theirs.
- The end has to be after the start; the form says so if not.
- Affected components are marked for maintenance; there is no severity to pick.
- Upcoming windows appear under "Scheduled maintenance" on the public page, soonest first.
- Each notice has its own public page and timeline, like an incident.
- Edit the title, window and affected components later from Edit details.

FAQ
Questions about maintenance notices
How do I announce scheduled maintenance?
In Status Admin, open Maintenance, choose Schedule maintenance, set the start and end, pick the affected components, write the notice and select Announce maintenance.
What time zone are maintenance windows shown in?
You enter them in your local time, and every visitor sees them converted to their own time zone, with the zone named.
Does maintenance start on its own at the scheduled time?
No. A person moves it to In progress when the work begins, which keeps the page accurate if the work starts late.
