Browser automation · Autessa Visibility
Browser workflows
Autessa Visibility includes browser workflows: describe a web task in plain English and a browser agent opens real pages in a server-side browser, follows your steps and returns structured data, on demand or on a schedule. Templates cover competitor pricing watch, review site monitoring, SERP snapshots and backlink or mention checks.
The problem
The rest of competitive monitoring is still manual
Checking a competitor’s pricing page every Monday, or your G2 rating, or whether a listicle still links to you, is simple but tedious. Browser automation tools usually need code. Workflows need a sentence.
What you get
- Name, start URL, steps in plain English, and what to return.
- Runs in a real server-side browser and returns structured data, a summary, the pages visited and notes.
- Templates: Competitor pricing watch, Review site monitor (G2, Capterra or Trustpilot), SERP snapshot, Backlink / mention check.
- Manual, daily or weekly; active workflows are included in scheduled runs.
- The agent never enters passwords, pays or posts on your behalf.
- Sites that block automated browsers are reported as Blocked, never bypassed.
- Run history with status, summary and time.

✦ AI assist
Where AI helps, and where it doesn’t
Workflows are run by the Visibility Browser Agent, and Draft with AI writes the workflow from a one-line goal.
Scores, positions, citations and ranks are always computed by the app from the answer text, never by an AI.
FAQ
Questions about browser workflows
Can I monitor competitor pricing pages automatically?
Yes. The Competitor pricing watch workflow opens a pricing page, reads the monthly prices and captures every plan, on a weekly or daily schedule.
Do I need to write code?
No. Steps are plain English, like instructions to an assistant.
Why is a workflow “Blocked”?
Some sites, including ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google, refuse automated browsers with a CAPTCHA or bot check. The agent reports that honestly and never tries to get around it; pick a different page.
Will the agent log in or buy things?
No. It never enters passwords, pays or posts on your behalf.
