Browser automation · Autessa Visibility
Run log
Autessa Visibility keeps a run log of every browser-agent run: visibility checks and workflows, scheduled or on demand. Each row shows status, type, prompt or workflow, engine, who paid and the outcome, and opens to the full answer or extracted data, with filters by type, engine and status.
The problem
When a number looks wrong, you need the receipt
Every metric in Visibility can be traced back to a single run. The run log is that receipt: the exact task sent, the raw reply, the sources and the outcome.
What you get
- Columns: Status, Type, Prompt / workflow, Engine, Paid by, Outcome, Requested.
- Statuses: Running, Complete, Blocked, Needs API key, Failed.
- Outcomes like Mentioned with position, Not mentioned, Not counted, or Data captured.
- Paid by: your key, Autessa, or free.
- Answer inspector: status, engine, checked by (API or an Autobot on the real site), AI Overview, paid by, requested, brand mentioned, domain cited, sentiment, organic rank, cited sources, organic results, extracted data, pages visited, the task sent and the raw agent reply.
- Filters: type, engine and status.

FAQ
Questions about run log
Can I see the raw AI answer behind a score?
Yes. Every run in the run log opens to the full answer, the cited sources, the task sent and the raw agent reply.
What does “Needs API key” mean?
The engine needs your own key and has none, or ChatGPT is set to use only your key, or the key was rejected. Add or fix it on the API keys page and run the check again.
