Scheduled checks and workflows
Autessa Visibility runs prompts and workflows on a schedule: manual, daily or weekly. From 8:00 each morning (America/New_York), scheduled checks start a few at a time until everything due has started, so they stay within your workspace’s limits. Daily items run every day; weekly items run once every 7 days.
The problem
Visibility is a trend, and trends need regular data
One check tells you little because AI answers vary. Regular checks build the history that makes trends, alerts and significance tests meaningful. Schedules make that automatic.
What you get
- Schedules per prompt and per workflow: Manual only, Daily, Weekly.
- Starts from 8:00 each morning (America/New_York).
- Paced a few at a time; checks that only call an API go a few seconds apart.
- Engines that need a key are skipped instead of filling the queue.
- Only active prompts and workflows are scheduled.
- The expected monthly cost from your schedules is shown on the API keys page.
- Run all and Run selected start checks in the background with progress in the corner.

FAQ
Questions about scheduled checks and workflows
How often does Autessa Visibility check AI engines?
As often as you choose per prompt: manually, daily or weekly. Scheduled checks start from 8:00 each morning (America/New_York).
Should I run daily or weekly?
Weekly is recommended to start. Daily gives more data points, which tightens significance tests and makes alerts faster.
What happens if an engine has no key?
Scheduled and bulk runs skip it, so the queue is not filled with checks that would only return “Needs API key”.
