Permissions
Role-based access on every board
Access follows the team. Each person has one role per team, and Vision checks it before every change.

- Vision blocks removing or demoting the last owner or admin of a team.
- Projects show a View only badge to people who cannot edit them.
- Board themes and saved views marked private are personal; nobody else sees them.
Audit
A history on every task
Each task’s activity section records who created it and every change to status, priority, assignee, title, sprint, due date, estimate and labels, with the time. Comments keep their author and time. Destructive actions (deleting a task, a column, a sprint, a project or a team) always ask for confirmation, and deleting a column tells you how many tasks it will remove.
AI safety
Vision AI proposes. You decide.
- Auto-triage, New with AI and AI task triage show a preview; nothing is saved until you apply.
- AI answers are checked against the board, so only real people, sprints, projects and tasks come back.
- Capacity in a triage plan is enforced in code, not left to the model.
- The agents are instructed to confirm before adding, changing, moving or deleting.
- Project updates are posted only when you press Post as update.

Security questions
Who can see a Vision board?
People who are not on a team can view its board read-only; members can work on it; owners and admins can manage it. Workload in the people directory counts only boards the viewer can see.
Can Vision AI change tasks without approval?
No. Every Vision AI feature shows a preview (the triage plan, the task list, the before and after, each suggestion) and the agents confirm before adding, changing or deleting anything.
Where are attachments stored?
Files attached to tasks, projects and comments are stored with your Autessa workspace, up to 2 MB per file, and deleting a comment deletes its files.
