How Booth Capture handles lead data
Autessa Booth Capture runs inside your Autessa workspace: people sign in with Autessa, roles are shared with Autessa CRM, captures are held on the phone only until they are sent, follow-ups go out from each rep’s own mailbox, and every change is recorded as activity on the CRM contact.

What protects booth leads?

Security questions
Who can open Booth Capture?
Only people with an Autessa account in your company who have been given access to the app. Booth Capture has no separate login; sign-in is handled by Autessa.
Where are badge photos and voice notes stored?
In your Autessa workspace, alongside the lead. While a capture is waiting to send, it is held on the rep’s phone and removed from the queue once it is sent.
Who sends the follow-up emails?
Your reps, from their own mailbox. AI drafts each follow-up, and the rep saves it as a draft in their own Gmail or opens it in their mail app and sends it, so every email goes out with a person behind it.
