Import and duplicates
Autessa CRM imports contacts from a CSV or TSV file or pasted rows in a guided flow: file, map, apply, review and done. Column mapping is detected and remembered, every row can get the same event, tags, segment, type, source and owner, and duplicates are flagged before you finish. Find duplicates merges any pairs later.
The problem
Every import makes the database worse
Event lists, purchased lists and exports from old tools all bring duplicates and mismatched columns. Autessa CRM catches exact matches, flags likely ones without skipping them, and keeps every column you did not map as a custom field, so nothing is lost and nothing is doubled.
What you get
- Map to first name, last name, email, title, company, phone, mobile, LinkedIn, street, city, state, postcode, country, persona and notes.
- Unmapped columns are kept as imported fields on the contact.
- Apply to every row: event attended, tags (or a new tag), segment, type, source and owner.

- Companies are matched to existing ones or created.
