Segments, lists and tags
Autessa CRM organizes people with live segments (rules), fixed lists (hand-picked), smart lists (saved views of contacts, companies, deals or nurture, private or shared, right in the sidebar) and tags with three-state filters. Copy link shares your exact view, filters, sort and columns included.
The problem
“Can you send me that list?”
Every team ends up exporting spreadsheets to share a filtered view. In Autessa CRM a view is a link: send it and your colleague sees the same filters, sort and columns, with a Save as list button.
What you get
- Segments: live (rule-based) or fixed (a hand-kept list), with Save as segment, Edit rules and About this segment.
- Smart lists for contacts, companies, deals and nurture, private or shared with the team.
- Three-state tag filters: click once for only, again for not, again for off.
- Tags can be renamed, recolored, grouped, merged and deleted in Settings.
- System tags: Do not email, Competitor, Met, Exhibitor.
- Copy link (Ctrl/Cmd+Shift+C) carries filters, search, sort and columns; the recipient sees a Shared filter chip.

What is the difference between a segment and a list?
