How it works
How aI-assisted review writing works in Homebase
Open the review
Open a self-review, manager review or peer feedback from Reviews to write.
Click Draft with the assistant
The assistant opens with a request to draft answers from the person’s goals and feedback.
Read and edit
The draft goes into your answers. Change anything; it autosaves as a draft.
Submit
When you submit, the answer is marked as drafted with the assistant, so readers and HR know.
