1:1 meetings

Autessa Homebase includes 1:1 meeting software: every manager and report share a running agenda, shared notes and action items with owners, plus private notes only their author sees. Finishing a meeting moves anything not covered to the next date.

  • A shared agenda either person can add to
  • Action items that carry over until done
  • Private notes only their author sees
  • HR sees a series exists, never what is in it

The problem

Great 1:1s get lost in notebooks and chat threads

Topics come up between meetings and are forgotten. Action items are agreed and never checked. Homebase keeps one place per manager and report, so both can add topics any time, and nothing promised slips between meetings.

How it works

How 1:1 meetings works in Homebase

  1. Start a series

Start 1:1s with your manager or the people who report to you, and pick how often you meet.

  2. Add to the agenda

Either person adds topics any time before the meeting.

  3. Meet and take notes

Keep shared notes, assign action items to an owner, and keep private notes just for yourself.

  4. Finish the meeting

Anything not covered moves to the next date, and open action items carry over until ticked off.
