Customer list
Autessa Payments keeps a customer list that fills itself: every invoice you send adds or updates its customer, matched by email, and so does anyone who subscribes or pays in one of your apps. Each customer shows invoices, paid, outstanding, subscriptions and last activity.
The problem it solves
Your billing contacts should not live in a spreadsheet
Retyping a customer on every invoice causes duplicates and typos. Customers are created for you, searchable by name or email, and their page answers “what do they owe?” at a glance.
What you get
- Columns: name, app they signed up in, invoices, paid, outstanding, subscriptions and last activity, most recently active first.
- Search by name or email; 25 per page.
- Add a customer yourself with name, email, phone and address (the address is used for sales tax); each email belongs to one customer.
- The customer page shows Paid, Outstanding and Invoices tiles, subscriptions and every invoice.
- From the page: New invoice, Send subscription link, Edit and Archive.
- Archive hides a customer; it is blocked while they have an active subscription, and a new invoice brings them back.

Questions about customer list
Do I have to add customers before invoicing?
No. Sending an invoice adds or updates the customer automatically, matched by email.
Can I delete a customer?
You can archive one. Their invoices stay, and sending them a new invoice brings them back.
Why can’t I archive a customer?
They have an active subscription. Cancel it first.
