SVG, PNG and print

Every Autessa QR code downloads as a vector SVG or as a 1024 × 1024 px PNG, and you can print it centered on its own page straight from the browser. Downloads match the preview exactly, and once you save the design, every later download and reprint matches the original.

The problem

Designers need vectors; everyone else needs a picture

A print shop wants a vector that scales to a banner. A colleague dropping a code into slides wants a PNG. Someone at the front desk just wants a sheet of paper. One code page that gives all three, in the saved design, removes the back-and-forth.

FROM THE PRINT SHOP

Send the SVG to your printer and keep the PNG for slides. Both encode the same short link, so either will keep working when you change the destination.

What you get

  • SVG: a vector file that stays sharp at any print size.
  • PNG: a 1024 × 1024 px image for slides, documents, email and the web.
  • Print: opens a print dialog with just the code, centered on the page.
  • Files are named after the code’s slug, so they are easy to match to the code later.
  • Downloads use exactly what the preview shows, so you can try a style, download it, and save the design once you are happy.
  • Anyone who can view a code can download or print it.

How it works

How does sVG, PNG and print work?

  1. Open the code

The preview and the SVG, PNG and Print buttons sit at the top of the code’s page.

  2. Pick a format

SVG for print production, PNG for screens and documents, Print for a quick sheet.

  3. Save or print

In supported browsers a Save dialog opens; elsewhere the file downloads directly.

FAQ

Questions about sVG, PNG and print

Can I download a QR code as an SVG?

Yes. Every code downloads as an SVG vector file, which scales to any size without blurring.

What size is the PNG download?

1024 × 1024 pixels, in the code’s saved design.

Do I need to download the code again after changing the destination?

No. The image encodes a short link that never changes, so the file you already printed keeps working.
