AI characters and buyer personas

Autessa Roleplay characters are AI buyer personas and conversation partners you write like a casting brief: role, company, demeanor, personality, background facts, behaviors, objections, tells, a voice and an avatar. The AI plays exactly what you wrote, so a skeptical VP of Revenue Operations behaves like one every time.

The problem it solves

A pushover buyer teaches nothing

AI chat partners tend to agree with whatever they are told. Real buyers, employees and customers have history, habits and reasons to say no. Characters need to be concrete enough to resist, and consistent enough that two trainees get a fair test.

What you get

  • Who they are: name, title or role, company and context, pack and starting demeanor.
  • Demeanors: Warm, Neutral, Skeptical, Hostile and Distracted.
  • Personality in two or three sentences, background facts that are true whether or not they volunteer them.
  • Behaviors: observable habits, like how they interrupt, go quiet or warm up.
  • Objections: the things they say when they push back.
  • Tells: what makes them warm up and what shuts them down, visible only to authors.
  • Look and sound: a natural or expressive voice, plus avatar initials and a color.
  • A character page showing every scenario the character appears in.

Behind the scenes

The character agent receives the name, role, company, personality, background, behaviors, objections and tells for each call, along with the scenario. The same written character can be played in voice or text.

Questions

Questions about aI characters and buyer personas

How many AI buyer personas can I create?

As many as you need. Each one is a record in your library that can appear in any number of scenarios.

Do I need to train a model for each character?

No. Characters are played from what you write. One voice agent per voice plays every character that uses it.

Can I turn a character off without losing history?

Yes. Turning a character off keeps past sessions and reports intact.
