Assignments and team readiness · Autessa Roleplay
People, roles and permissions
Autessa Roleplay has built-in Administrator, Coach and Trainee roles and lets you create custom roles, such as Team Lead, from fine-grained permissions. Each person also gets a team label for cohort reporting, and the roster is filled from your company or by inviting someone new.
The problem it solves
Coaching programs have more than two kinds of people
Enablement managers, frontline managers, peer coaches, new hires and veterans all need different access. Hard-coded roles force everyone into "admin" or "user". Roleplay lets you describe exactly who may author, assign, review and practice.
What you get
- Administrator: runs the program, manages people and settings, and does everything a coach can.
- Coach: authors scenarios, characters and rubrics, assigns exercises, reviews and adjusts scores.
- Trainee: practices assigned exercises and sees their own reports.
- Custom roles with any mix of permissions; built-in roles can have their permissions and description changed, but keep their name.
- The sidebar hides what a person cannot use, and buttons explain why they are disabled.
- Team labels like "AE West" group the readiness rollup.
- Add from your company, or invite someone new by email; they join as a trainee.
- Deactivate instead of delete, so history stays and inactive people are never assigned new work.
