The problem it solves

Are they ready? Nobody knows until the real call

Enablement leaders get asked whether the team is ready for a launch or a new territory, and the honest answer is usually a guess. Readiness needs to come from practice that actually happened and was scored.

What you get

  • At-a-glance counts: Assigned, In progress, Completed and Overdue.
  • By team: assignments and average best score for each cohort.
  • Needs review: sessions scored under their rubric's pass mark, plus sessions stuck waiting for a transcript or that failed to score, listed first.
  • "Nothing is waiting on you" when every session scored cleanly and passed.
  • A link to all sessions, and "Assign an exercise" right from home.
  • Coaches also see their own assignments, recent sessions and the practice library below.

Questions

Questions about team readiness

How is readiness measured?

From assignments and scored sessions: how many are assigned, in progress, complete and overdue, and the average best score by team. You can ask an Autessa agent to call or email trainees who are overdue.

What lands in Needs review?

Scored sessions under their rubric's pass mark, and sessions that are stuck waiting for a transcript or failed to score. Failures are listed first.

How are teams defined?

By a team label on each person, like "AE West", set on the People page.
