Assignments

Autessa Roleplay assignments let a coach hand a scenario to one trainee or a whole team in a few steps: choose the scenario, choose the character or let the trainee pick, choose the people, and set a due date, required attempts and a note. Each trainee gets an email with a link straight to the exercise.

The problem it solves

Practice nobody asked for rarely happens

Enablement programs live on deadlines: new-hire onboarding, a launch, a new pricing model. Coaches need to say who should practice what, by when, and how many times, and then see that it happened.

What you get

  • 1. Choose the scenario, with its difficulty, time limit and pressure mode shown.
  • 2. Choose the character, or "Let the trainee choose" from the scenario's list.
  • 3. Choose the trainees: search by name or email, filter by team, select all in a team.
  • 4. Set the terms: due date, required attempts, a note to the trainee and whether to email.
  • A summary before sending: the scenario, how many people, how many attempts.
  • "Assign and notify" sends each trainee an email that links straight to the exercise.
  • A failed email never loses the assignment; it is listed as a warning by address.
  • Inactive people are never offered for new assignments.
  • Assign from a scenario page, too.
