Session reports

Every Autessa Roleplay session ends in a scored report: an overall score against the pass mark, a verdict of "Met the bar" or "Not there yet", what went well, what to work on, what to try next, a score for every rubric criterion with evidence, delivery measures, the full transcript and the call recording.

The problem it solves

Practice without feedback just repeats habits

A rep can run the same call ten times and make the same mistake ten times if nobody tells them what to change. Managers rarely have time to listen to every practice call. The report is the feedback they would give, written up the moment the call ends.

What you get

  • A score ring with the pass mark marked on it, and "Met the bar" or "Not there yet".
  • A one-line headline from the scorer.
  • "What went well", "What to work on" and "Try this next": a specific next practice suggestion.
  • "Scored against the rubric": every criterion, expandable to rationale and evidence.
  • "How you came across": delivery measures counted from the transcript.
  • "The conversation": the two-sided transcript with turn anchors, and "Your recording" to listen back.
  • The recording mixes your microphone and the character's voice, placed where they were heard and clipped where you interrupted.
  • Coach feedback and adjustments, signed, right on the report.
  • Reports update live while scoring; if scoring fails, "Try scoring again" or open the transcript anyway.
  • A badge when the session ended on the time limit, and a report-ready email.

What the AI does

Behind the scenes

The scorer writes the headline, strengths, growth areas and next practice suggestion after scoring every criterion. Delivery measures are counted, not written by AI.
