Autessa Roleplay
Reports and coaching feedback
Reports and coaching feedback turn each roleplay into something to learn from: a verdict, the evidence, counted delivery measures, the transcript and recording, and a coach who can disagree on the record.
In short
After every session the trainee gets a report they can believe, and the coach gets a way to disagree with the AI on the record.
The report leads with the score against the pass mark and a one-line headline, then what went well, what to work on and one specific thing to try next.
Coaches adjust any score with a reason the trainee sees, kept beside the AI score, and add written feedback. Nothing is silently rewritten.

What is in reports and coaching feedback?
Session reports
Every Autessa Roleplay session ends in a report with an overall score, a pass or not-yet verdict, strengths, growth areas, a next practice suggestion, the transcript and the recording.
Read more →Delivery measures
Autessa Roleplay counts delivery from the transcript (pace, filler words, talk ratio, hedging, longest turn and questions asked) so the numbers are the same every time.

Coaches disagree with the AI on the record: an adjusted score sits next to the AI score with the coach name and reason, and written feedback appears on the report.

Questions about reports and coaching feedback
How long does scoring take?
Usually about a minute after the session ends. The trainee can leave the page; the report will be waiting.
Is talk ratio judged by AI?
No. Talk ratio, filler words, pace, hedging, longest turn and questions are all counted from the transcript, so the same transcript always gives the same numbers.
Does an override replace the AI score?
No. It is stored as a separate record with both values and the coach's reason, so the report can always show what the AI said and what the coach decided.
