Autessa Roleplay
AI scoring and rubrics
AI scoring in Autessa Roleplay grades every session against a rubric you write, criterion by criterion, and shows the exact words each score was based on.
In short
Every session is scored against a rubric you write, criterion by criterion, and every score shows the words it was based on.
A rubric is a weighted scorecard with a pass mark and a rating scale. Criteria can be rated, yes or no, a named framework such as MEDDIC, a knowledge check against your reference text, or feedback only.
Every score comes with a rationale and quotes linked into the transcript, so a trainee can believe it and a coach can check it.

Questions about aI scoring and rubrics
Can I use my own sales methodology?
Yes. Write criteria for any methodology. A framework criterion holds the parts of a named method such as MEDDIC or SPIN, each rated on its own.
Can Autessa Roleplay score MEDDIC?
Yes. Add a framework criterion named MEDDIC with parts for Metrics, Economic buyer, Decision criteria, Decision process, Identify pain and Champion. The starter sales rubric does exactly this.
What does "Not supported" mean?
The trainee said something the reference text does not cover. It might be true, but it is not something they can back up from the source.
Can trainees see why they got a score?
Yes. Every criterion opens to its rationale and the exact quotes it was based on, each linked to the transcript.
