Share with people
Autessa Video Creator shares a video with specific people by email. Add teammates in the Share dialog and the video appears under Shared with me in their library, including drafts you have not published, without creating a public link.
The problem
Not everything should have a public link
A draft for review, an internal process or feedback on a colleague’s work should reach a few people, not anyone with a URL. Sharing by email keeps it inside your Autessa workspace.
What you get
- Type an email and press Add (or Enter); each person becomes a removable chip.
- Emails are checked for a valid shape, lowercased and de-duplicated.
- Saving replaces the list, so removing a chip removes that person’s access in the app.
- Shared videos appear in the recipient’s Shared with me filter.
- The video page shows how many people it is shared with.
How it works
How does share with people work in Autessa Video Creator?
Step 1. Open Share
On your video’s page, press Share.
Step 2. Add people
Type each email and press Add. Remove anyone with the × on their chip.
Step 3. Save
Press Save. They will find the video under “Shared with me”.

Where do people I share with find the video?
Under Shared with me in their library, the next time they open the app.
Can I share with someone outside my company?
Sharing by email works inside your Autessa workspace. For people outside it, publish the video and send them the share link.
Can people I share with re-share it?
No. Only the owner can change who a video is shared with.
