Script and story · Autessa Video Studio
Bring your own script
Autessa Video Studio is a script-to-video tool that keeps your exact words. Paste a finished script when you create a video, and Video Studio splits it into scenes from your text and never rewrites it.
The problem
Approved copy should not change on its way to video
Marketing, legal and HR scripts are often approved word for word. Many text-to-video tools "improve" or summarize the text as they make scenes, which means someone has to check every line again. Video Studio treats your words as fixed: scenes are cut from them, voiceover reads them, and captions show them.
Where it happens
What you get
- Paste your script in the New video dialog and skip brainstorming entirely.
- Your exact words are kept: scenes are split from them, never rewritten.
- Punctuation-only adjustments, such as an em dash becoming a comma for the voice, are listed for you to review.
- Word count and estimated seconds appear as soon as the script is in.
- You can still open the brainstorm chat later and ask for suggestions, and choose whether to use them.
- Captions are aligned to these exact words, so the on-screen text matches your approved copy.

FAQ
Questions about bring your own script
Does Video Studio change the words in my script?
No. Your words are kept exactly as written. Scenes are split from your text, and the only adjustments are punctuation-only changes, which are listed for you.
Can I paste a script from a document?
Yes. Paste plain text from any document into the New video dialog or the script document.
What happens if I edit a scene later?
Your own edits to a scene update the script to match. The rule against rewording applies to the AI, not to you.
