Autessa Video Studio can make a video from photos with no script. Choose "Start from images", upload or generate one image per scene, add an on-screen caption to each, and set how long each one holds.

Create a video with "Start from images"
Video Studio skips Script and Scenes and opens the Images stage.
Add photos
Upload a set of photos, and each photo becomes a scene. You can also add scenes and generate images for them.
Write a caption per scene
Type the on-screen caption for each scene. It is saved as you go.
Set hold times
Choose how long each scene stays on screen.
Finish and render
Pick music and a caption style, then render the vertical MP4.
