AI visibility dashboard

Autessa Visibility includes an AI visibility dashboard: one Overview page that shows how often ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google, Claude and Gemini recommend your brand, and against whom. It opens with four numbers (visibility, share of voice, average position and citation coverage), then the trend, the competitor leaderboard and every breakdown by engine, topic, prompt and source.

The problem

AI answers are invisible to your analytics

Buyers now ask an AI assistant for a shortlist before they ever visit a website, and none of that shows up in web analytics or rank trackers. Marketing teams are left pasting prompts into chat windows by hand and guessing. The Overview replaces that guesswork with one page, filtered by time window, engine and topic, that is rebuilt from your checks every time it loads.

What you get

  • Four headline tiles: visibility, share of voice, average position and citation coverage, each compared with the previous period.
  • A visibility trend per day, overall or split by engine, with your timeline events pinned on the chart.
  • A competitor leaderboard ranked by visibility in the same answers.
  • Visibility by engine (where you show up, and where you don’t), by topic (which themes you own) and by prompt (which questions you win).
  • Google organic rank for your domain, answer changes since the previous check, and “Who wins when you don’t”.
  • Top cited sources, the sites the engines lean on, as your outreach list.
  • An AI briefing of wins, gaps and next moves, written from your numbers.
  • Run all checks now, or review alerts, straight from the page header.

How it works

How does AI visibility dashboard work?

  1. Pick a brand and a window

Choose the brand from the brand picker and a 7, 30 or 90 day window. Narrow to one engine or one topic with the filter bar; every card follows the filters.

  2. Read the headline numbers

Visibility, share of voice, average position and citation coverage sit at the top, with the change against the previous window of the same length.

  3. Follow the trend

The visibility trend shows the share of answers that mention you per day. Switch between Overall and By engine, and open Events to see what you shipped on each date.

  4. Find the gaps

The breakdowns show which engines, topics and prompts you lose, who wins those answers instead, and which sources they cite. Click any answer to read it in full.

  5. Act

Generate the AI briefing for recommended actions, or open the Advisor to ask a follow-up question in plain English.

Where AI helps, and where it doesn’t

The AI briefing card writes wins, gaps and the next moves from your results, and every answer opens to “How to win this answer.” The AI only writes and recommends: every number it sees was computed by the app first.

Scores, positions, citations and ranks are always computed by the app from the answer text, never by an AI.

FAQ

Questions about AI visibility dashboard

What is an AI visibility dashboard?

It is a single view of how often AI assistants mention your brand when buyers ask about your category. In Autessa Visibility it shows visibility, share of voice, average position, citation coverage, the trend and every breakdown by engine, topic, prompt and source.

How fresh is the data?

As fresh as your last check. The page recalculates from your checks each time it loads, and the header shows when the last check finished. Turn on daily schedules for a new data point every day.

Can I see one engine only?

Yes. Pick an engine in the filter bar and every card on the page, from the tiles to the sources, shows that engine only.

Does the dashboard need my own API keys?

No. With no setup, ChatGPT is estimated by Autessa’s GPT model with live web search and Google is a free search, so the dashboard fills from day one. Add keys to bring in Perplexity, Claude and Gemini.
