People directory
Autessa Analytics keeps a people directory of everyone who has given you an email, across your website and your app. Each row shows the person, whether they use the website, the app or both, their company, the first source that brought them, their sessions, and when they were first and last seen.
The problem it solves
Your best visitors have names, but analytics treats them as ids
When someone fills in a form, they stop being an anonymous visitor. Most web analytics tools still show them as a count. The People directory lists identified people by name and email, so marketing, sales and product can all start from a person and see what they did.
