Activity emails
Autessa Community sends weekday activity emails about new messages and posts, so people who are not in the hub all day still hear about what matters to them. Every member controls them: one switch on the profile, and a Turn off these emails link in every email.
The problem
An internal community dies when nobody comes back
Most employees will not keep another tab open. A short weekday email brings them back for the conversations that involve them, without notification noise on weekends.
