Reactions and custom emoji
Autessa Community lets people react to messages with emoji or with custom image reactions they upload. Each custom reaction is either private to its owner or shared with the whole company, so your team’s inside jokes and mascots become part of how people talk.
The problem
Not every message needs a reply
A thumbs-up says I saw this and agree without adding another message to the thread. Custom reactions go further: the team mascot or a product logo makes the hub feel like your company, not a generic tool.
What you get
- Quick reactions, a full emoji catalog by category and a search box.
- Reaction chips under each message show the emoji, the count and, on hover, who reacted.
- Click a chip to add or take back your own reaction.
- Upload a custom image reaction with a name, used as :name:.
- Keep a custom reaction to yourself or share it with the whole company.
- My reactions on your profile lists what you uploaded, with a private or shared switch and a way to retire one.

How does reactions and custom emoji work in Autessa Community?
React
Open the picker on a message and choose a quick reaction, a catalog emoji or a custom one.
Make your own
In the picker, choose an image, name it and pick who can use it: just you or the company.
Manage them
On your profile, switch each reaction between private and shared, or retire it.

Questions about reactions and custom emoji
Can we add our own emoji?
Yes. Anyone can upload a custom image reaction, up to 512 KB, and keep it private or share it with the whole company.
Can I see who reacted?
Yes. Each reaction chip shows the count, and hovering shows the names of the people who reacted.
Can I remove a custom reaction?
Yes. Retire it from My reactions on your profile.
