People and profiles · Autessa Community
Member profiles
Autessa Community gives every member a profile: display name, department, title, a short bio and an avatar, plus their recent posts. Members edit their own profile and choose whether to receive activity emails, and the profile is one click from every post and comment they write.
The problem
Posts mean more when you know who wrote them
A post from someone in Finance about expenses reads differently from one by a new intern. Profiles add the context that makes a remote company feel like people rather than email addresses.
What you get
- Display name, department, title, bio and avatar image.
- Recent posts by that person on their profile.
- Edit profile shows exactly what colleagues will see.
- My reactions lists your custom image reactions and lets you share or retire them.
- The activity-email switch lives here and saves the moment you flip it.
- Message a colleague straight from their profile.

FAQ
Questions about member profiles
What is on a member profile?
Display name, department, title, bio, avatar and recent posts, plus a button to message the person.
Can members edit their own profile?
Yes. My profile edits everything colleagues see, and the activity-email switch.
Can other members see admin notes?
No. Admin notes appear only in the admin console, never in the member view.
