Reports and dashboards

The problem

"How are we doing?" should not need an export

IT leaders need to see backlog, SLA performance and trends without exporting to a spreadsheet each week, and asset and vendor managers need their own view. Reports should be built from the same filters agents already use.

What you get

  • Reports on incidents, tasks, SLAs, assets, vendors, contracts, vendor issues and every other list you can read.
  • Chart types: Bar, Line, Pie, Donut, Single score and List.
  • Group by any field, by month over the last 12 months, or several date fields at once, such as created vs resolved.
  • Count, sum or average of a number field.
  • Click any bar or slice to open the records behind it.
  • Every chart also shows as a table, for accessibility.
  • Dashboards with a 3-column grid of widgets (span 1 to 3) and a built-in My work widget, editable in place.
  • Personal reports and dashboards, or shared ones that IT administrators manage.

  3. Choose a chart

Pick bar, line, pie, donut, single score or list and see a live preview.

  4. Add it to a dashboard

Save it, then add it to a dashboard and size its widget.

AI assist

How the IT Desk Assistant helps

Ask the IT Desk Assistant "show my open P1 incidents" or "how many incidents breached SLA last month?" and it filters the list for you, ready to save as a report.

The assistant acts as you, with your role. It fills forms but never saves them, and anything risky waits for you to press Confirm.

Does Autessa IT Desk have ITSM reporting?

Yes. Build reports on any list with filters, grouping, month trends and bar, line, pie and score charts, and arrange them into dashboards.

Yes. It is a starter report on the IT overview dashboard: incidents opened and resolved each month for the last 12 months.
