Payout bank accounts
Autessa Payments links payout bank accounts through a secure bank picker inside Autessa. You can link more than one, for example an operating account and a tax reserve, mark one as the default for payouts, and remove accounts you no longer use.
The problem it solves
Linking a bank should not mean typing routing numbers into a form
Manual account numbers invite typos and failed payouts. The bank picker has you sign in to your bank and choose the account, without leaving Autessa.
What you get
- Click Link bank (or Link another bank) and pick the account in the secure bank picker.
- Each account shows bank name, last four digits, currency and status.
- Exactly one account is the Default; payouts go to it.
- Make default and Remove are available on non-default accounts.
- You can link a bank while verification is still in review.
- Linking, removing and choosing the default happen in the web app; the CLI lists accounts only.

Can I have more than one payout account?
Yes. Link as many as you need and mark one as the default for payouts.
Why can’t I remove a bank account?
It is the default. Make another account the default first.
Do I type my account number?
No. You choose the account in a secure bank picker after signing in to your bank.
