Balance and payout schedule
Autessa Payments puts what your customers pay into your balance and pays it out to your bank on the schedule you choose: daily, weekly, monthly or only when you ask, after a hold you set in days. The Balance and payouts section shows what is available, what is on the way and every payout sent.
The problem it solves
Knowing when money lands matters as much as getting paid
Cash flow planning needs a clear answer to “when will it be in my bank?”. Autessa shows it on the same page as your invoices, with a schedule you control.
What you get
- Balance shows available now and on the way to your bank.
- Payout schedule: Daily, Weekly, Monthly or Only when I ask, with a hold in days (for example, Daily with a 1-day hold pays out yesterday’s payments every day).
- Payout history lists every payout sent to your bank.
- New payments take a short time to clear; bank-account payments take a few business days longer than cards.
- Your first payout usually takes longer while the account is new.
- If payouts pause, an “Autessa Payments needs your attention” email says what is missing.
