Multi-question interviews
One session can hold several questions: the interviewer switches the question on screen for both people with one click and can add a bank or blank question mid-interview.
// the problem
Why multi-question interviews matters in a coding interview
Real interviews flex. A candidate breezes through the warm-up, or gets stuck and needs an easier step. Interviewers need to move between questions, or invent one on the spot, without starting a new session.
// how it works
How does multi-question interviews work?
See the plan in the rail
The question rail lists the session’s questions in order, with the one on screen marked.
Put a question on screen
Click a question and it appears for both people at once, with its own code.
Add from the bank mid-interview
Add question opens your bank; questions already used are marked as added.
Or add a blank question
Give it a title and explain it out loud; it has no written prompt or starter code.
// options and settings
Every option, in one place
// permissions
Who can do what?
Company admins decide who on your team can open the interviewer console. Candidates never sign in; they only ever use their session link.

How multi-question interviews fits with the rest
Session setup
Setting up a session takes the candidate’s name, an optional email, a title, the languages allowed and an ordered list of questions from your bank.
Explore →Coding question bank
Autessa Technical Interviews includes a technical interview question bank where your team stores every coding question with its difficulty, tags and notes, searchable by title or tag.
Explore →Question snapshots
When a question is added to a session, its title and prompt are copied in, so editing the bank later never rewrites what a past candidate was asked.

Multi-question interviews: questions
Can I add a question during the interview?
Yes, from your bank or as a blank question you explain out loud. It goes on screen for both of you right away.
Does switching questions lose the candidate’s code?
No. Each question keeps its own code, so you can go back to an earlier question.
Can the candidate switch questions?
No. The interviewer controls which question is on screen.
100% customizable, code and all
Make Autessa Technical Interviews fully your own.
Use it out of the box, then change anything. Ask Autobot, Autessa’s AI builder, for a new field, screen, report, workflow or agent and it builds it into your copy of the app. Or open the code and edit it yourself. Nothing is locked: the app, its data and its code are yours.
