How do I send the link to the candidate?
Copy the link and send it however you already talk to the candidate. The email field keeps the address on your records.
Can a candidate join without the link?
No. The candidate room only opens with a valid session link, and every action checks it.
Can I add a question during the interview?
Yes, from your bank or as a blank question you explain out loud. It goes on screen for both of you right away.
Can I see which candidates have not opened their link?
Yes. Last candidate activity shows “Not opened yet” until the candidate opens it.
