Gmail drafts and any mail app
Booth Capture puts follow-ups in your own mailbox: Save as draft creates the email as a draft in your connected Gmail, from your own address, and Other mail app hands it to any mail app on your phone. Either way the lead records what happened.
The problem
Follow-ups from a no-reply address do not start relationships
Visitors reply to people, not systems. Sending from the rep’s own mailbox keeps the reply in the rep’s inbox, and keeps the thread with the person who had the conversation.
