Registration list match

Autessa Booth Capture matches captures to the event’s registration list: by badge ID, then email, then phone, then name and organization. When a capture matches a registrant, “On the registration list” appears and Use these fills the details, so the badge does not need to be read again.

The problem

The attendee list knows more than the badge

Badges usually print a name and a company. The registration list often has the email, phone, department and city. Matching to it gives you complete, correctly spelled contacts, and tells you which registrants you met.

What you get

  • Matching order: registration ID, email, phone, name plus organization, then a unique name.
  • Conservative on purpose: any ambiguity means no match, so you never get the wrong person.
  • Normalizes case, punctuation, legal suffixes such as Inc. and the last 10 phone digits.
  • “On the registration list” with a Use these button in Quick Capture.
  • Accepted matches skip AI badge reading: “Details came from the registration list.”
  • Badge ID QR codes are looked up here: “Badge ID matched.”
  • Registration list fields include registration ID, name, title, organization, department, email, phone, city, state or province, attended, speaker and advisory.
