Hub settings and rules
Autessa Community admins decide how the hub introduces itself: its name, a description of what it is for, the rules, the welcome message and the logo. Every member can read the rules on their own page, with a plain explanation of how communities, posts and the wiki fit together.
The problem
People behave better when the rules are clear
A community without stated norms leaves moderators guessing and members unsure. A named, branded hub with short rules and a warm welcome sets expectations from the first visit.
What you get
- Hub name, for example Company Hub.
- Description: where the company talks.
- Rules in markdown, shown on the Rules page.
- Welcome message for new members.
- Upload your logo, or remove it.
- The starter rules cover respect, keeping customer-confidential details in the right systems, posting in the right community with tags, and reporting problems.
