Reporting
Autessa Community lets any member report a post, comment or message to the moderators. A report asks for a reason (off topic, confidential or customer information, harassment, spam or something else) and optional details, and lands in the moderation desk.
The problem
Moderators cannot read everything
In a busy hub, moderators rely on members to flag what is wrong. A short report form with the right reasons turns that into a clear queue instead of side-channel complaints.
What you get
- Report from a post in the feed, the post page, any comment or any message.
- Five reasons: Off topic, Confidential or customer information, Harassment or personal attack, Spam or solicitation, Something else.
- Optional details for context.
- The dialog shows what you are reporting so you can confirm it.
- Reports go straight to the moderation desk as open reports.
