Start a report on the records you need: people, job changes, time off, reviews, goals, trainings and more.
Filter it
Use the condition builder to narrow it, the same filters as every list, which you can also save.
Group and chart
Group by a field or by month, choose count, sum or average, and pick a chart. Every chart has a table view.
Share on a dashboard
Add reports as widgets to a dashboard in a 3-column grid, resize and reorder them, and click through to the records behind any number.

Questions about hR reports and dashboards
Does Autessa Homebase have HR reporting?
Yes. Homebase has a report builder and dashboards over HR data, with filters, grouping, monthly trends and charts, and a table view for every chart.
Who can use reports and dashboards?
HR administrators, HR partners and executives. The server applies the same access rules to reports as to every page, so an HR partner sees only their departments.
Do HR reports show salaries?
No. Dashboards and Home show counts, never amounts. Pay is seen only in the pay review and on profiles, by people allowed to see it.
Can I click through a chart to the people behind it?
Yes. Click a bar or slice to open the matching records.
