Role-aware guide
Autessa IDF Manager includes a built-in guide that teaches the invention disclosure process in terms of the reader’s own role. It lists what you can and cannot do, walks you through a disclosure from start to finish (skipping steps your role can never take), and explains every pipeline stage and where it can go next.
- What your role can do, ticked
- What needs a different role, greyed out
The problem
Inventors disclose once a year
Most inventors write a disclosure rarely, and forget the process in between. Training sessions and PDF manuals go stale. A guide inside the product, which knows your role and shows the real stages, means nobody has to ask how it works or hunt for a button they will never see.
What you get
- "What you can do here": every capability that matters, ticked for your role or greyed out if it needs another.
- "A disclosure, start to finish": capture, attach, submit, review, discuss, find, see what changed, manage access, in order.
- Steps your role can never take are hidden, so a Viewer is not taught to press buttons they do not have.
- "The pipeline": every stage with its meaning and the moves that follow it, marked final where nothing does.
- Every role explained, with your own role marked.
- "Worth knowing" tips: "/" to search, click a dashboard stage to filter, links refresh on click, light and dark themes.
- Available to everyone, including Viewers.
