Workspace branding

Autessa IDF Manager can carry your own identity: Admins set the application name, the company name and a logo in Settings, under Configuration, and they appear in the sidebar and the browser tab. Everyone can switch between light and dark themes, and a confidential banner sits on every screen.

The problem

An invention portal should feel like yours

Inventors are more likely to use a portal that looks like part of their company, named the way their program is named ("Invention Office", "Patent Ideas"). And everything in it is confidential, so the screen should say so.

What you get

  • Application name, shown in the sidebar and browser tab (default "Patent Ideas").
  • Company name, shown beneath the application name.
  • A logo (PNG, JPG or SVG up to about 350 KB), stored inline so it loads instantly; initials are shown when there is none.
  • Light and dark themes, switched from the top bar; it follows your system setting by default.
  • A confidential banner in the top bar and in the sidebar on every screen.
  • The built-in guide uses your application name.
