Control and reliability · Autessa Meeting Recorder
Alerts, health and usage
Autessa Meeting Recorder watches your bots for you. It raises alerts when a bot is waiting in a lobby, was removed from a call, only captured part of a meeting, or hit its minutes limit; checks each bot's calendar and mailbox connection hourly with a green, yellow or red health status; and shows the minutes each bot has recorded this month.
The problem
You find out the notetaker broke a week later
Calendar connections expire, hosts forget to admit bots, and someone removes the recorder halfway through. Meeting Recorder turns each of those into an alert you can act on while it still matters.
What you get
- Waiting room alerts appear at the top of the bot page so someone can admit the bot.
- Other alerts collect on the Notifications tab with a count: bot removed, bot error, minutes limit reached, invite received, invite could not be read, partial recording and connection broken.
- Each alert has a severity (info, warning or error), a link to the recording it concerns, and Dismiss.
- A health pill on every bot: healthy, needs attention or broken, with a reason.
- Connections are checked and refreshed hourly so calendars and mailboxes keep working.
- A usage meter shows minutes recorded this month, against a monthly cap when one is set.

The alert appears on the bot page or the Notifications tab.
- 3

FAQ
Questions about alerts, health and usage
How do I know if the bot is stuck in a waiting room?
A waiting room alert appears at the top of the bot's page so you or the host can admit it.
What does a yellow or red health status mean?
Yellow means the bot's connection needs attention; red means it is broken, for example a calendar connection that can no longer be refreshed. The pill explains why.
Can I see how many minutes a bot has recorded?
Yes. The usage meter on the bot shows minutes recorded this month, and how close it is to the cap when one is set.
