Autessa Meeting Recorder
Control and reliability
You can see exactly where every recording is, stop a bot at any point, and fix anything that went wrong with a diagnosis that tells you which retry will work.
Why it matters
What does control and reliability cover?
Follow every recording from scheduled to done, cancel or remove a bot, see plain-language failure reasons with one-click retries, and get alerts and health checks.
You should never wonder whether the bot got in. Every recording shows its status, every problem comes with a plain-language reason and the right retry, and bots raise alerts when they need a person.

FAQ
Questions about control and reliability
Can I stop the bot from joining a meeting?
Yes. Open the scheduled recording and click Cancel bot, or click Remove on the meeting in Upcoming. The bot will not join.
How do I fix a failed meeting recording?
Open it. The banner explains the cause and shows the retry that applies, such as Retry processing or Retry transcription. Click it and the recording goes back through processing.
How do I know if the bot is stuck in a waiting room?
A waiting room alert appears at the top of the bot's page so you or the host can admit it.
