Autessa Meeting Recorder
Team, data and automation
Meeting Recorder is built for teams and for automation: bots are shared with access levels, every meeting is a row of data you own, and the whole pipeline is made of parts you can edit.
Why it matters
What does team, data and automation cover?
Share recording bots with your team at three access levels, keep every meeting as data with legal hold and retention, and edit the pipeline behind it.
Meeting notes are company knowledge. Bots are shared with the right people at the right level, every meeting is a row of data you own with legal hold and retention, and every stage of the pipeline is a part you can open, edit and build on.
Who works here
Bot owners and Admins manage access. People who can edit tools, agents and jobs shape the pipeline; agents can send bots and read meetings.
In one sentence each
- Team bots and permissions · Bots start private and can be shared with people, teams, roles or the whole company at three levels: Viewer sees recordings, Editor runs the bot, Admin manages and deletes it.
- Meetings as data, retention and legal hold · Each meeting lands as a row in a table you own, with the media, transcript, summary, participants and status, a legal-hold flag, and a retention purge you can tune.
- An open, editable pipeline · The recorder is assembled from regular Autessa tools, agents, triggers and scheduled jobs, so you can tune any stage, build on top of it, and let your agents send a bot to a meeting.

FAQ
Questions about team, data and automation
Can my whole team use one bot?
Yes. Share it with a team or everyone at the company. Give Editor to people who should send it to meetings and Viewer to people who only read notes.
How long are recordings kept?
For a 180-day retention window by default, then they are purged automatically unless marked for legal hold. Edit the purge tool's filters to keep them longer or shorter.
Can I add my own step after every meeting?
Yes. Add a trigger on the bot's recordings table, for example when the summary is written, and run your own tool or script.
