An open, editable pipeline

Autessa Meeting Recorder is an open pipeline, not a black box. Each bot is assembled from regular Autessa tools, agents, table triggers and scheduled jobs, so you can open any stage, change it, pause it, or build on it, and your own agents can send a bot to a meeting with the Meeting Bot Dispatch tool.

The problem

When a notetaker almost fits, the last mile is impossible

You want the summary in your format, recordings kept for your retention period, or a follow-up task created after every sales call. In a closed notetaker you wait for a feature request. In Meeting Recorder every stage is something you can open and edit.

What you get

  • Tools: extract audio, transcribe, the per-bot summarizer, the retention purge, notify participants, past-summary search and three scripts that drive each stage.
  • Agents: one for chatting with a transcript inside Autessa, and one for share-link viewers.
  • Triggers on the recordings table: extract audio when video arrives, transcribe when audio is ready, summarize and notify when the transcript is ready.
  • Scheduled jobs: retention purge weekly, calendar scan every 30 minutes, connection health check hourly.
  • The Pipeline tab lists each stage and links to the recordings table and every part.
  • Meeting Bot Dispatch: a tool your agents and workflows can call to send a bot to a meeting URL, now or at a start time.
  • The Autessa CLI and API read bots, health, permissions, upcoming meetings and recordings.
  • Deleting a bot removes its own parts in one step; to change behavior, edit a part instead of deleting it.

How it works

How does an open, editable pipeline work?

  1. 1

    Open the Pipeline tab

See Extract audio, Transcribe, Summarize, Notify participants and Retention, with links.

  2. 2

    Open a part

Each link opens the real tool, agent, table or job.

  3. 3

    Change it

Edit the summary prompt, the retention filters, a script, or a trigger.

  4. 4

    Build on it

Add your own trigger on the recordings table, or have an agent use Meeting Bot Dispatch.

FAQ

Questions about an open, editable pipeline

Can I add my own step after every meeting?

Yes. Add a trigger on the bot's recordings table, for example when the summary is written, and run your own tool or script.

Can an agent send a recorder to a meeting?

Yes. The Meeting Bot Dispatch tool takes a bot and a Zoom, Meet or Teams URL, with an optional start time, title and organizer email.

Can I pause one stage?

Yes. Disable that stage's trigger, such as summarize and notify, and the rest keeps working.
