The problem

QR codes scatter across people and tools

One person made the menu code, another made the event code, and a third made a code in a free generator nobody can log into anymore. When it is time to update a destination, nobody knows where the code lives. A shared QR code library keeps every code findable, owned and up to date.

FROM THE PRINT SHOP

Name codes by placement and season (“Front window · Spring”) so the list reads like a map of where your codes are in the world.

What you get

  • Two views: Mine (codes you created) and Shared with me (codes teammates shared with you), each with a count.
  • Columns: Name, Destination, Scans, Created and Status.
  • A small preview of each code in its own design.
  • Status shows Active or Paused at a glance.
  • Twenty-five codes per page with page controls.
  • Open any row to edit, style, download, share or read analytics.
  • Codes shared with you are labeled “Shared with you” on their page.
