The QR Codes list is one place for every QR code you own and every code a teammate has shared with you. Each row shows a thumbnail, the name, the destination, total scans, the created date and whether the code is active.

Sharing and permissions →

Autessa QR codes are private by default and can be shared with a person, a team, a company role or everyone at your company. Each grant has its own access level: Viewer, Editor, Manager or Admin. The owner and company admins always have full control.

Questions about teams and sharing

Can I see QR codes my teammates made?

Yes, when they share them with you. Shared codes appear under Shared with me. Company admins can administer every code in the company.

Who can see a new QR code?

Only the person who made it, plus your company admins, until it is shared.
