QR code tracking and analytics
Every scan is logged before the redirect, so you see how often, when and where a code is scanned, and your own analytics see where the visit came from.
The area
What is qr code tracking and analytics in Autessa QR Codes?
QR code tracking is built into every code. Each scan passes through the code’s short link, which records it before redirecting: you see totals, 7 and 30 day counts, a daily chart and a scan log with time, device, location and IP. Turn on UTM tags and your own web analytics see the campaign too.
Why it matters
- Scan counts that do not depend on your website’s tracking.
- A scan log down to the second, filterable by device and place.
- UTM tags added at scan time, editable any time.
- One code per placement shows which placement works.

In detail
Each feature in one sentence
Every Autessa QR code comes with scan analytics: total scans, scans in the last 7 days and the last 30 days, and a daily “Scans over time” chart for the last 30 days. It all sits on the code’s page, next to its design and destination.
Autessa QR Codes keeps a scan log for every code: each scan with its exact time to the second, the device (iOS, Android or other), the location and the IP address. You can filter it by device and by location, sort it newest or oldest first, and page through it.
Autessa QR Codes supports UTM QR codes: turn on campaign tracking for a code and every scan arrives on your page with utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign already added. Your own web analytics then credit the visit to the right campaign.
