AI redaction suggestions
Autessa Redact uses AI to suggest redactions. Click Suggest redactions and AI reads every page for personal information (PII): names, Social Security numbers, dates of birth, phone numbers, email addresses, postal addresses, account and ID numbers and medical identifiers. Each suggestion appears highlighted with the reason it was proposed.
The problem
Personal information that does not follow a pattern
Names, addresses and medical details come in endless shapes, so patterns alone miss them. AI reads the document the way a person would and proposes boxes, while you stay the one who decides what is removed.
- One click reads the whole document and adds suggestions page by page.

Can AI automatically redact PII from a document?
AI suggests the redactions and you accept them. Redact never burns a suggestion nobody accepted, so a person always makes the final call.
