AI roleplay practice · Autessa Roleplay
Text roleplay
Autessa Roleplay supports text roleplay: any scenario can be practiced by typing instead of speaking, and a voice call can be switched to text mid-session. Text sessions are scored against the same rubric, so chat practice counts as much as a call.
The problem it solves
Not every trainee can talk out loud right now
Open-plan offices, a blocked microphone, a quiet commute or a support team that works in chat all make voice practice hard at times. If the only option is voice, practice simply does not happen. Text roleplay keeps the reps going.
What you get
- "Use text instead" on every brief starts the same scenario as a typed conversation.
- "Switch to text" during a voice call moves the session to typing without starting over.
- The same character, scenario, time limit and pressure mode apply.
- Scored against the same rubric, with the same evidence quotes and report.
- The microphone check points to typing when no mic is found or the browser blocks it.
- Built for chat and email support teams who write to customers every day.

Read the report
The transcript is scored against the rubric just like a voice call.
